I started as a field tech, drilling holes in Winston Cup cars, then driving the remote cameras during broadcast. As the company expanded, so did I. We won major contracts worldwide, including Olympic track and field, diving, sailing and other events. We won all the major golf contracts in the US. We won NHL "goal cam". My role shifted more to marketing, launching some of our newest, most experimental contracts, such as ESPN's "catcher cam", the NBA "floor cam", "garage cam", and many others. My final role, before moving fully into a marketing career, was to help teams, sponsors and broadcasters come together to create - and fund - exciting new components of the live broadcast product. During my 8 years at BSI I worked directly with marketing teams at too many major sports sponsors to list here, as well as dozens of broadcasters worldwide.
