-Project manager responsible for transfer of an ultrasound probe product line to the Denver Facility. In this role I led project scheduling, capitol equipment identification and specification, capital budget planning, designing various manufacturing fixtures and designing new facility layout. -Designed ultrasound transducers and supporting manufacturing tooling and processes under the requirements of ISO 13485 quality system. This included developing content for Design History File (DHF) including project plans, requirement documents, specifications, risk analysis and supporting verification and validation documents. -Led cross-functional teams on process improvement activities making use of root cause analysis, statistical analysis and lean manufacturing tools to improve product FPY. -While in an operations management role, successfully led my team resulting in increased shipments by almost 50%, improved daily flow, reduced labor hours/unit and improved customer satisfaction.

-Developed lean manufacturing experience. In this role I led several 5S events with our manufacturing teams, facilitated VSM events and designed and setup manufacturing cells to support business needs.-Successful mechanical design support of test station upgrade and probe pressure tester to product design (medical ultrasound transducers).-Tooling and fixture design to support manufacturing. These typically ranged from simple 3D printed fixtures to aid operators to more complex assemblies used for product testing. -Successfully designed and developed our operator training program.
