-Developed lean manufacturing experience. In this role I led several 5S events with our manufacturing teams, facilitated VSM events and designed and setup manufacturing cells to support business needs.-Successful mechanical design support of test station upgrade and probe pressure tester to product design (medical ultrasound transducers).-Tooling and fixture design to support manufacturing. These typically ranged from simple 3D printed fixtures to aid operators to more complex assemblies used for product testing. -Successfully designed and developed our operator training program. This included "train the trainer" coaching on how to more effectively train as well as setting up an overall training flow to shorten time until new operators can start making contributions. -Provide facility engineering support as necessary.
