Over the past 15 years, I have brought an insatiable curiosity, a knack for experimentation, and an outsider’s perspectives to leading teams and helping organizations adapt to rapid change, embrace the full humanity of their employees and audiences, and articulate (often for the first time) the theory of change that truly drives their success.Through my consulting work, nonprofit and public sector expertise, and experience leading Fortune 100 teams, I have curated a library of methodologies that can be adapted to new contexts and challenges: research-based practices from the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion field; design thinking and rapid prototyping; experience and dialogue design; and drawing on insights from fields as diverse as public health, communications and neurolinguistics, political organizing, community engagement, and digital journalism in new and unexpected ways. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I know that I am at my best guiding organizational transformation, balancing the demands short- and long-term initiatives, and helping the people around me achieve more together than we ever could alone.
