Worked from August 2015 to August 2017. Worked periodically/on holidays from August 2017 to December 2018. Returned to company halfway through 2019 and worked until March 2021 (including during COVID-19 shutdowns) when I moved away from the Nashville Area. Will be returning June 2022.

I was hired as a server and promoted to bartender within 4 months of my hire date. Beyond learning and preparing menu items and offering the best guest experience, I developed multitasking, conversational, and endurance skills. I briefly helped with the social media accounts before I left to assist another restaurant in the area.

As the Event and Marketing Team Manager, I organized and attended marketing and community events while being the primary contact for the state of Kentucky. In addition, I would help as a Team Lead in the store front. For both positions, I memorized menu items, promotions, and dietary restrictions for the benefit of clients and customers.

I wanted to work for a company that had a stronger sense of local community values. I served during normal restaurant hours, catering events, and private events. On top of serving, I was a host, a trainer, and a BOH expeditor. I left when working two full-time jobs was becoming too strenuous, and the other job had better long term outlook.

I had basic serving responsibilities while maintaining sections with an average of 5 tables that sat parties of 4 or more. I eventually left to focus on health complications and eventually work closer to the school I was attending.

As a seasonal employee, I focused on cashier basics and cash-handling, stocking, floor sets, and maintaining guest satisfaction. I was a part of maintaining the American Eagle Outfitters store and the Aerie store that was next door. I eventually left when health complications required me to move back to Tennessee for treatment.

I was a Communications Intern during the fall of my sophomore year of college at Bellarmine University. My main objective was to focus on the organization's social media accounts through creation, development, editing, and supervision of content.
