After years of working in the restaurant business, I went back to school with the intent to work in graphic design. After a year of school and a year in the field, I realized that wasn't for me. In 2004 I started taking yoga classes and I loved everything about it. I enjoyed the calm feeling and the positive energy. I began to take as many yoga classes/ workshops and trainings that I could. I brought yoga to my gym and expanded from there. At one point I was teaching in four different gyms. In 2009 I had the opportunity to open a studio. Bridge Yoga Studio became a community and a place of wellness for 8 years. In 2017 I closed Bridge Yoga Studio to open Willow Yoga Studio with my business partner, Leah Margerum. Together we could expand and build a bigger community with more classes and more wellness opportunities. My teaching goes beyond the studio. I bring wellness/yoga to the members of The Hamilton Club as well as employees of the IU13. I would love to expand to more businesses and schools.
