During my time at Cision I managed relationships with existing clients to make sure their annual subscriptions were retained as well as up, and cross selling Cision's vast range of products. During my time at Cision I looked after in excess of 500 different PR, Marketing, and Advertising Agencies as well as internal communications departments at corporates and charities. With such a vast client base it was imperative to carefully manage my time to most effectively service key clients whilst uncovering opportunities in order to hit multiple monthly targets.
