I studied Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath and worked, during my placement year, as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Sydney University. I also achieved my Level 2 ASCA Strength and Conditioning qualification, conducted a research project on the efficacy of nitrate supplementation in games players, gained the Bath Award, was awarded an annual financial scholarship, ran the Sydney marathon, cycled to every Premier League football ground in the UK and raised over £10000 for Cancer Research UK.Since university I pursued a career in Strength and Conditioning, studying for an MSc at St. Mary's University Twickenham and working at Crystal Palace Football Club as an academy and 1st team Strength and Conditioning coach. In September 2019 I moved away from the Strength and Conditioning industry to work for the NHS as a Trainee Cardiac Scientist, where I am enrolled on the Scientist Training Programme (STP). My role sees me contribute to the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiac conditions.
