Hi, I'm Will Queen, an Economist at Amazon within People, Experience, and Technology Central Science (PXTCS). I use econometrics, causal inference, and machine learning to address difficult problems in business and economics. I use my training to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable frameworks that provide value to stakeholders. In my role at Amazon, I work with an interdisciplinary team to research topics related to corporate hiring, employee wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, I worked as an Economist at the UNCG Center for Housing and Community Studies. I graduated from UNC Greensboro in 2022 with a PhD in Economics.
