● We generate preclinical data to support the initiation of Phase I/II clinical trials in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), small cell lung cancer (SCLC), breast, and renal cell carcinoma (RCC). As part of this work, we investigate rational drug combination strategies involving novel small molecule inhibitors (e.g. tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs)) with standard-of-care chemotherapy or other targeted agents. ● Test, validate, and implement protocols (DNA, RNA, and protein-based assays) for clinical study designed to characterize biomarkers (e.g. EGFR mutational status) from multiple patient specimen types (including blood and tissue) to correlate with clinical findings.
