This role is formal expansion of my previous role into the wider technology function whilst continuing to support the infrastructure teams on request. I am responsible for the adoption of TBM practices and the Apptio platform across the technology division.- MI reporting and ad hoc analysis, financial forecasting, budget management, and oversight of month-end processes enabling efficient operation of the technology department.- Support and adoption of the Apptio platform across technology. Delivering change into source systems and processes to improve data quality in turn enabling and enhancing the Business Management analytics capability.- Understand and communicate the operational needs of the department; I.E reporting requirements, communication channels to C level management, HR & Finance.- Process standardisation & simplification across the technology function (lean six sigma Yellow Belt)

Reporting to the Global head of IT Infrastructure and Operations, responsibilities include:- On-going review of GPS forecasts & operational budgets; Working closely with finance & procurement functions to control cost.- Develop and communicate cost models and client recoveries, manage variances and discrepancies appropriately.- Understand and communicate the operational needs of the department; I.E reporting requirements, communication channels to Central IT business management.- Supporting the management team in strategic decisions with accurate management information (MI).- Have awareness of pipeline demand and required resourcing levels from service delivery and portfolio teams.
