I am building a portfolio career with various non executive appointments and mentoring senior executives. Most recently appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee with Sumer Group Holdings, a PE backed buy and build in the accounting market. Recognised as a Global Account Leader I am proud to have been a Partner with EY which gave me the opportunity to gain industry expertise, board experience and a very strong network that spans industries and geographies. I am passionate about collaborating and building sales strategies to win. At EYI have built businesses from scratch in Risk, Public Sector, Consumer Products, technology and most recently with Microsoft.In addition I served on the three main governing bodies of the global firm and addressed many intricate business problems and navigated complex stakeholder ecosystems and risk.I have served many industries; government departments, local authority, financial services, NDPBs, education, technology, consumer products and life sciences. During my consulting career I have been at the forefront of large cost reduction, leading growth, culture change and organisational redesign projects. My passion was to lead several of EY’s significant global relationships with international consumer products, life sciences and technology companies. Driving revenue growth and accountable for cultivating valuable C-Suite relationships. I love meeting new people and supporting a mutual growth agenda.In my final position at EY I built a pan EMEIA Alliance with Microsoft to deliver transformational solutions. Responsible for one of EY’s most strategic Alliances I was accountable for Strategy, Go To Market activation, solution development and capability build. Elected by EY’s partners as chair of EY’s UK Partner Forum, I lead discussions about the direction of EY at all levels including strategy development, governance, execution, issue resolution and remuneration. I have had the opportunity to coach countless board members, preparing them to elevate their thinking to board-level.
