CurrentI joined the business as a Commercial Manager and was promoted to Director, where I led the direction of programmes and teams across four SVPs: government, Defence, Training, Housing PFI, and the PPP Market. • Oversee large-scale secured defence projects, define scopes of work, devise timelines, allocate resources and monitor progress. • Direct operations as standalone enterprises/special purpose vehicles (SPVs), running non-compete contracts and leading commercial, lifecycles assessment and risk management practices.• Embed a service delivery and operational excellence ethos, ensuring completion of client requirements and lending expertise to enhance programmes, ESG, and margins. • Undertake additional responsibility for the start-up/scale-up multidisciplinary major projects Vercity consultancy, delivering capital and lifecycle works, variations and asset oversight across a diverse multi-industry sector client portfolio, including NHS, government, public and private entities.• Manage internal and external audit accreditations, ensuring alignment with frameworks across ISO440001, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO55001.• Successfully delivered the company-first tri-party collaborative accreditation.
