I have been blessed to create and perform music for over ten years in the town that gave birth to Rock n' Roll. While music kept me occupied in the evenings, I spent my days nurturing my love for aviation. My passion for playing guitar, singing, and performing has granted me a humbling level of success through my life. In the ten years I have been performing, I have opened for BB King five times, recorded and released two independent albums, played on major movie soundtracks, performed thousands of shows, and received multiple highly-acclaimed awards in recognition of excellence. More recently, I played a major acting role in the CMT TV series "Sun Records."As a child, my interest in aviation was fueled by radio-controlled aircraft and Microsoft Flight Simulator. My passion only grew as I became older. I earned my private pilot's certificate in 2013 at age 19. I went on to obtain my Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilots License (Single and Multi Engine) in the following years and am the proud owner of a CubCrafters Top Cub.Beginning in high school, I constructed a fully functional fixed-base Boeing 727 flight simulator from surplus and self-made parts. The expertise that I gained from years of flight simulator building I now utilize to assist others (private and commercial entities) in constructing and maintaining simulators.While music and aviation have been at the forefront of my interests, I do not ever get bored with the wide array of other hobbies. My interest in classic cars led me to conduct a full frame-off restoration of a 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air at age 17. The following year I also restored a 1956 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup truck. I have worked part time for automotive shops in repair and service. When not wrenching on cars, simulators, motorcycles, or airplanes, I enjoy cycling, fishing, camping, and simply spending time outdoors with my wife, Shelby.
