I was tasked with designing an end-to-end experience that provided customers and internal users with a streamlined journey from post-purchase through product use. All aspects of the experience were carefully considered and designed with the end-user in mind. I teamed up with the lead front-end developer on a daily basis to guarantee design consistency.Earlier this year, I joined forces with two members of the organization to form a cross-functional team focused on customer experience. Our goal was to define, implement and evangelize the value of "operating and thinking like the customer".
