My Coming to Emerald as a qualified Microsoft MCP immediately elevated this business us to Microsoft small business specialist status.I brought Emerald into the datacentre sphere, using my knowledge & contacts to setup the relationship we moved into data centre services and began offering backup, VM and co-location services now some of our most profitable products.I introduced Sophos Security, over the years of doing business and my becoming a Sophos XG Architect we have now attained a Sophos gold partner status.I continually Champion Customer Service and Network Security, pushing for two factor authentication such as ubikey, auth apps and the use of password managers.Databases: Whilst here I have installed and supported many instances of MSSQL 2008 through to 2017 (including backups, Performance tuning etc), MYSQL 5, Document management, Sharepoint and I have even done some works with mongo dB.
