I remotely lead insurance brokerages, their producers, and our Broker / Dealer partners through complex state licensing and contracting processes in all 50 states with 55 insurance carriers. I handle onboarding and contracting for new producers, firms, and Broker / Dealers through video conference calls, phone calls, and emails. I research and communicate to producers the required license, contract, and training items to write Life, Annuity, LTC, and Disability Income insurance products. I utilize the SureLC automated contracting software to initiate and complete contract requests with varying commission schedules and hierarchies. I create and maintain files for each producer and Broker / Dealer, with the status of all licenses, contracts / selling agreements, and state appointments. I monitor upcoming state insurance license renewal deadlines for the brokerage and principal, electronically submit applications and fees on behalf of the brokerage and principal, and monitor for approval with the state. I facilitate commissionable and non-commissionable agent book of business transfers between deceased and retired agents and the insurance carriers. I complete multi-carrier contract changes, resulting from a principal / signing officer resignation or death, including when our own CEO passed away. Additionally, I provide high-level administrative support to company owners and directors. I prepare and deliver all licensing and contracting content for our remote, company-wide weekly staff meetings. I have a weekly meeting with the CEO of the company to provide global-level briefs on licensing and contracting matters. I coordinate small and large-scale updates within Agency Integrator, a cloud database, including adding new custom fields, hierarchies, and organizations. I utilize Agency Integrator's Report Builder function to create custom reports to track insurance production, pending policies, pending contracts and state appointments, and upcoming state license renewals. I compose, edit, and distribute internal and external written communication on state insurance licensing and contracting topics. I also remotely cross-train office staff to perform administrative and contracting tasks; this results in better continuity of office operations. Prior to assuming a fully remote role, I notarized financial and legal documents in the State of Arizona while working in-person.
