At Race Communication, I am responsible for coordinating the agency's staff, planning and executing actions to strengthen the reputation of all of our clients, using the PESO methodology (a word formed by the initials of PAID media, EARNED media, SHARED media and OWNED media), and training executives to better communicate with the press (media training).More recently, in late 2019, we received the Jatobá Award, Excellence and Innovation in PR, Media Relations category - one year earlier, we received the same award in the Digital / Social Media category. Also important to highlight that, late 2017, our work for the Comitê Umami (a team of professional working to spread information about umami, the fifth taste) received the Aberje (Brazilian Association for Business Communication) Award in the Media Relations category. Both Aberje and Jatobá are the most important awards in Brazil's Public Relations segment.Main accounts: Ajinomoto do Brasil, Syntenta, Allianz Partners Brazil, Marilan, Atlas Copco .

In addition to my work in close conjunction with journalists and the media, I have also developed a series of actions focused on different stakeholders. One example was the creation and coordination of the Bayer Jovens project, a digital platform focused on students aged 18 to 24, with the aim of helping to rejuvenate the image of the German brand. The project, which comprises a website (www.bayerjovens.com.br) and profiles on Facebook and Twitter, received the Aberje Award in the Digital Media category in 2014. Also, I was responsible for the coordination of Janssen Latin America’s internal communication portal, managing the process of weekly content creation and delivery, including video interviews, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. With more than 2,000 employees in Latin America, Janssen’s regional intranet is integral to the company’s ability to integrate and interact with its teams across the region, promoting and improving the flow of communication within the organization. As part of my work on the Janssen account, I also traveled to Colombia and to Mexico, providing extensive coverage of the company’s main regional internal conference for the intranet portal, in text, photos and video.
