CurrentI am currently consulting to a large bank in a Program Manager/Project Manager type role. My work has included establishing trusted client relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in the to advise on critical matters including strategic planning, organization design, operating infrastructure development, and process improvement. Project highlights:• Mapped out end-to-end processes and workflows to identify impacted stakeholders, assess key areas of risk or bottleneck, and reengineer accordingly to unlock 84k personnel hours and $2.3M of cost savings• Built robust data pipelines and implemented KPI dashboards, scorecards and other performance management tools to harvest data-driven findings and course-correct on operating strategies accordingly • Developed product concept and served as Program Manager for delivery of the hybrid cloud-based Smart Router client onboarding workflow tool that determines staff capacity/capability and automates onboarding requests. The tool reduced time to market by 66%• Benchmarked and assessed operating infrastructure, key metrics, cost structures, and governance frameworks to develop 11 business recommendations that increased the Bank’s competitiveness in treasury management • Oversaw the design of a self-service client portal with chat features by conducting user interviews and research, creating wireframes, and conceiving user flow and logic to facilitate a frictionless end-to-end customer experience • Led data analytics of both qualitative and quantitative information to evaluate and diagnose management decisions, triage major risks, and surface opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction and other value creation• Originated and implemented solutions to improve business efficiency, performance, cost control, and effectiveness
