Led First Street Foundation's climate model development efforts for heat, wind, air quality, and drought. Responsible for communicating the organization's scientific research to both technical and lay audiences.

Worked as a Post-doctoral fellow under Dr. Chris Emrich and Dr. Eric Tate to research flood impacts and recovery outcomes for socially vulnerable populations.

Dissertation focused on new modeling techniques for analyzing earthquake vulnerability, impacts, and reconstruction efforts.

Worked on data analysis and visualization of Nepal’s Household Registration for Housing Reconstruction (HRHRP) Survey for local municipal government authorities.

Worked with Dr. Yaoguo Li to perform modeling of near-earth asteroid 25143 Itokawa. Assessed feasibility of modeling density contrast with gravity gradiometry.

Developed a MATLAB framework for quantitatively analyzing the relationship between rock attributes and microseismic data for fracing operations.Presented results from a Haynesville Shale case study at the 2014 RMS AAPG meeting.

Worked with Dr. Gary Pavlis on teleseismic P-wave data from the OIINK Flexible Array, New Madrid Seismic Network, and a portion of the Earthscope Transportable Array. Picked P-wave arrival times and mapped residuals to determine velocity heterogenity of a portion of the North American Craton focused around the Illinois Basin. Inverted the data using P-wave tomography to create a 3D velocity model of the area.Presented research at Fall 2013 American Geophysical Union Conference.
