I am an experienced Supply Chain team lead with a strong background in the Food and Beverage industry. With a decade of hands-on experience ranging from front of house and kitchen operations to back-end logistics and training, I have gained comprehensive knowledge of the industry's intricacies.My journey began as a barista, where I developed a deep understanding of coffee and beverage preparation, as well as the importance of effective communication within a service team. This experience ignited my passion for the industry and propelled me to take on roles in cafe setup and operations, as well as self-service food establishments.During my tenure at a coffee solutions company, I had the opportunity to leverage my operational expertise in conjunction with my sales and training responsibilities. This allowed me to design and implement effective training processes for clients, including renowned establishments such as The Datai Langkawi, Cafes Bistrot David, and DC Restaurant.In my current role as a supply chain assistant manager for a local F&B chain, I oversee the end-to-end coordination of activities, ensuring a smooth flow of goods from our central warehouse to all outlets across West Malaysia.
