Steering committee member for Clackamas County's Sunrise Corridor Community Visioning project. Collaborating with and supporting the Multnomah County Youth Commission in advocating for free transit for youth.

Legislative Assistant for Representative Dacia Grayber for the 2024 session.I responded to hundreds of constituent comments, wrote press releases, newsletters, social media posts, committee briefings, policy memos, and more; managed the Representative's inbox, scheduling, phones, and office; tracked priority and sponsored bills; served as the first point of contact for in-person visitors; managed the Rep's day and keep her on time; planned and executed a Town Hall; and trained and supported our intern. Our office championed and passed legislation to benefit workers and modernize Oregon's EMS system.

When I was 18, I founded Half Access - a nonprofit dedicated to making live music accessible at venues across the US. I stepped down from the board Dec. 2022 and served in advisory role for a year before the board and I decided to dissolve the organization. Previously, I've served as board president and board treasurer.Some of my accomplishments from my time leading and growing the organization:Led a successful 501(c)(3) application process including incorporation, the formation of a board, and the creation of bylaws. Maintained a database of detailed accessibility information on 500+ venues from across the US and beyond. Utilized life experience to identify and address accessibility issues at concert venues. Planned virtual events and fundraisers, and tabled at concerts to raise awareness for our mission. Developed content for all communications platforms. Conducted volunteer and board member interviews and onboarding.

Led a research project on HB 2017 -- Oregon’s last major state transportation funding package. Interviewed 30 people including advocates, stakeholders, and service providers. Wrote and published a report about the bill’s development, contents, and impacts. Developed recommendations for policy makers and advocates for the anticipated 2025 transportation package.Additionally, I revised a white paper on paratransit in Oregon from my coursework to prepare for publication. I also researched and wrote a paper about transportation related ADA Transition Plans, focusing on the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Advised PBOT and Adaptive BIKETOWN staff on the organization of a workgroup to gather feedback from Adaptive BIKETOWN program stakeholders to inform future decision making. Developed discussion questions and agenda. Facilitated two workgroup sessions alongside staff.

Helped organize and facilitate the online Oregon Active Transportation Summit via Zoom Events. Planned an accessible group bike ride in partnership with Adaptive BIKETOWN, PBOT, and Lyft. Assisted with outreach and communication for events (social media, newsletters, phone calls, etc.).
