Blade 13 Management of Change project roll out within Asset Land NAM.Management of Change (MoC) part of Shell's HSSE framework and PSBR-5 is unfortunately one of the most forecoming aspects if not correctly followed that has lead to major incidents in the oil and gas industry. The roll out of this 7 step process consists of training and implementing working methods for the variety of change types; process-, procedural- and organisational changes. Following the 7 step process leads to a better view of risks associated with change and focussing on improvements to eliminate these risks prior to the implementation.A challenging task with 300 + people in our Asset, nevertheless a nice goal to achieve a safer working environment.

WABO • Coordinate WABO revision program as per yearly planning from SAP PM. This includes;Facilitation of permit reviews prior to submission, intergrate and coordinate QRA-, BRA- and sound reports in permits in close cooperation with WABO team, V&O, Legal, HSE and Field Operations. Cost control of vendor contract, and workorder preparation. Quarterly update of the program to management and key stakeholdersLegal Compliance• Ensure strict compliance of Governmental and Regulatory guidelines and requirements for Field Operations Asset Land.• Provide regulatory support and guidance to Field operations (production supervisors, LVP’s) and reporting of non-compliance. • Develop and maintain an Enhanced Operation Audit Program (EOAP) audit protocol for Asset Land regarding legal compliance monitoring ; conduct reviews and document supporting evidence as required. Includes monthly KPI of CAI (Compliance Assessment Indicator) report, assessment and preparation of annual EOAP declaration for senior management approval and submission • Work with Field Operations to ensure regulatory standards and reporting requirements are met • Coordinate Internal/External Audit findings, research and action remediation into Fountain Assurance

Support for operational problems in the Ten Arlo and Drenthe Fields. The second part of my job is to update the WABO permits for the Land Asset, license to operate.

Team leader field operations Cluster Westerveld.Coordinating work on sites, deliver production targets, HSE investigation, trouble shooting/solving, planning shutdowns, coaching team members, etc.

Team leader field operations Cluster UMOG.Coordinating work on sites, deliver production targets, HSE investigation, trouble shooting/solving, planning shutdowns, coaching team members, etc.

Integrated activity planning for Area Kootstertille, mainly maintenance and operational planning aspects. Shift team lead Area Noord @ Grijpskerk GDF.

Operational input with several projects from FDP (field development plan) upto onstream operating the facility. Slim line well hook-up, depletion compression projects, minor and major modifications for brown field and green field projects, etc.HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Operabillity study, etc.

Supporting field operation in change processes, operational excellence, incident investigation, etc.

Operating the whole proces from well production, process installation monitoring, potable water treatment and living quarters sustainabillity. HLO, crane operations, HMI replacement, etc.

All forecoming well services activities, well testing, stimulation, perforation, TCP, snubbing, coiled tubing, wireline, all sorts of well stimulation, acidization, perforation, etc.
