Win and his team serve the incredible group of over 60 diverse churches that make up the Dover Baptist Association. The Dover Baptist Association serves as "a resource and ally for churches and their leaders,” through multiple initiatives including leadership training, pastor support, local, regional, national and international missions, ministries, and other partnerships.

Davis was awarded both football and tennis scholarships and was named MVP of his college tennis team.
