To direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel.To monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.To establish and maintain effective employee relations.To assist the Executive Housekeeper in personnel matters such as interviewing, evaluating, and counseling.To identify training needs and assists in developing and implementing learning events.To schedule routine inspections by supervisors of all Housekeeping areas.To help prepare Housekeeping budgetTo handle other duties and projects as assigned.

To train Housekeeping staff according to set departmental Standards, Policies and Procedures and inform superior on performance.To assign staff to respective areas on daily basis.To supervise the activities of Room Attendants to ensure clean, attractive and well maintained rooms according to set standards.To monitor schedule in order to ensure privacy and guest satisfaction in guest areas.To attends daily Housekeeping operation meeting and acts on special instruction.To maintain appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and conduct of Housekeeping employees.To establish and maintain effective employee relations.To provide input for Housekeeping Departmental meeting.To control and requisitions supplies necessary for the daily operation.To maintain and act upon various environment issues as directed.To perform related duties and special projects as assigned
