Network Engineer
• Report to General Manager, Twinkle University.• Monitored and analyzed infrastructure and network systems using monitoring tool.• Updating network equipment regularly to meet the latest firmware releases.• Troubleshoot networking issue occurred during implementation.• Integrates components (Server, Switch, Router, Physical Cabling) supplied by multiple vendors into a single unified network• Implemented IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions to automate tracking, planning, and management of IP addresses, reducing manual errors • Provide L2 network maintenance to troubleshoot simple issues and perform data backup / restore duties, install network connections for client access, resolve client security issues, etc.• Assist network clients to operate and utilize workstation hardware and software efficiently and effectively including email, office productivity software, network access, Internet access, user-level data security (antivirus, backup, file security, etc.)• Provide support for client workstations and laptops with software and hardware• Familiar with Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Enterprise Network Implementation, Palo alto Network Security firewall. • Assist customers and partners engaging with networks or user technical issues and support cases.• Maintaining, repairing & troubleshooting for Palo Alto firewall and cisco DC switches.• Firewall migration and implementation of Fortinet firewall to connect between Twinkle University Branches.• Twinkle University Pearson Vue internet Failover setup and implementation.• Campus network connectivity setup for every new branch in Twinkle University.
