• System in-charge of ACMV and MGS .• Testing and commissioning for all ACMV system , MGS at National Heart Center Singapore since construction period .• Maintain all Mechanical system as ACMV , MGS , FPS and VTS .• Assign technician to attend breakdown.• Attend breakdown faults and close fault report.• Schedule and arrange for monthly, quarterly, yearly servicing for all M&E jobs.• Prepare the quotation for upgrading and renovation jobs.• Arrange and supervise the contractors for projects, A&A works and maintenance.• Key in to system for fault report, incident report and check lists.• Draw and high-light the new services, repair services by Auto-CAD at National heart center, Singapore.

Myanmar

• Check the location of the well site condition and installation of PUMPING UNITS .• Greasing and inspection for all PUMPING UNITS at regular time.• Repairing and maintenance the separate portion of the PUMPING UNITS ,if necessary.• Estimation and ordering the spare parts of PUMPING UNITS (Bearing ,oil seal, gear oil, grease, etc,..) for the limited time.• For Petroleum Production, check and prepare the insert pumps and valve cups for servicing the petroleum well.• Prepare the acid spotting program and supervise at the well site location.• Installation of transferring pipe line from well site to GOCS(gas and oil collect section) and transferring from GOCS to central tank.• Calculation the estimate amount of operation cost and fabrication cost.• If necessary, supervision the following maintenance activity.  Repairing and maintenance the Drilling Rigs. (LTO, LMP, DMA II) Repairing and maintenance the electric motors and generators. Find the ELECTRIC False when electric shut down.
