Ensure timely tax payments and submission of tax returns.Liaise with the company’s bank and corporate credit card for finance-related inquiries such as preparing maintenance forms for adding or deleting users and increasing credit card limits as required.Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations.File, archive, and organize invoices, statements, and correspondence.Settlement OfficerSupport the Director of Financial Market in operational activities related to the underwriting process. This includes maintaining coordination with relevant parties such as lead underwriters, buyers, and custodian banks.Monitor customer names and ensure that products are set up in the settlement system.Maintain proper documentation to support the deal such as order forms, agreements, and legal reviews. Input the deal in the regulatory settlement system and monitor bond delivery.Coordinate with Finance on good funds received and transferred related to the deal.
