-Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.-Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general concerns, providing timely and accurate information.-Managing employee's BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan-SIPP) & Kesehatan- E-dabu)-Assisting in the recruitment process, by coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.-Assisting in collaborating with department heads to support performance reviews, providing administrative assistance and tracking employee development plans.-Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other employee development initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and attendance tracking.-Assisting in the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, while liaising with external providers as needed.

-Launch and Manage Event Offline-Develop and research program or event community chapter needs.-Coordinate with Harisenin Community Team-Build relationships with partners or other communities-Report the results of the alumni chapter community activities that have been carried out
