As a Senior Event Manager with TES, I work on all aspects of event design, management and on-site execution. I use my decades of experience in the meetings and hospitality industry to help my clients navigate the complex behind-the-scenes network of vendors and venues required to design and deliver incredible events.The Event Studio is a women-owned strategic event company operating from offices across the country with the capabilities to create amazing experiences around the world. Working directly with the Vice President of Production, I researched prospective destinations and venues for the various FORTUNE Conferences. I analyzed and negotiated venue proposals, reviewed legal contracts. Additionally I liaised and managed the venue through planning and execution phases across simultaneous event projects. I was continually developing and managing vendor and freelance talent relationships with each new venue and destination, and managed program budgets and invoice reconciliation. I provided creative solutions for sponsor activations and contributed to the overall vision and creative concepts at each event during the conference. To ensure appropriate detailed communication, I created and maintained multiple organization documents and schedules for internal and external teams.

As the owner I was responsible for the marketing, sales and acquisition of new clients, along with the planning and successful execution across simultaneous projects for high-end events. I was also responsible for venue research/management, and contract review and negotiations for vendors. Client timeline planning was essential and the organization of communicating the logistics for internal and external clients. Daily work consisted of diagramming, menu structuring, budgeting, final billing and payment collection. I loved working creatively with each client to develop fresh and personalized experiences, while proactively maintaining strong business relationships with vendors, venue and clients.

Working directly with the founding team, I helped design and establish a comprehensive catering and operations plan for the launch of a newly-formed luxury members-only club. This included setting the strategic direction for both operations and catering, as well as hiring and training staff, creating and implementing standard operating procedures, creation of sales strategies, catering contracts, and forecasting formulas as well as establishing a strategy and approach that could be used going forward for all member and guest events.
