- Understand jobs requirements for advertising positioning as well as pre-screening resume in order to match up with difference parties expectation- Schedule appointments and interview with junior candidate to identify their working behaviour - Establish and maintain relationships with related parties- Work with line manager on recruiting planning meetings- Work as part of a team to achieve team goals and objectives- Administrative support including: 1. Transform the resumes to clear structure format 2. Coordinate external interviews with candidates and line manager 3. Vendor communications
