• Prepare detailed estimation and tender submissions and provide project support for residential, retail, and institutional projects valued up to $50M (Tiling/Paving scope up to $3M), including projects like Manly Aged Care Villages, Coles, North West Hospital, Eagle Street Office Refurbishment, Cross River Rail, Queensland Train Stations Upgrades, Hope Island Station.• Secure projects by providing precise quotes through thorough review of scope of work, specifications, and contracts, and by maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.• Conduct comprehensive take-offs, measurements, and pricing, generating detailed quotes.• Oversee project schedules, address client inquiries, coordinate with suppliers and site managers, and handle invoicing and procurement tasks using Xero.• Prepare project pre-start safety documents and handover documents to ensure compliance and smooth project closure.

• Conducted measurement of various projects using CostX and Bluebeam (e.g. TAFE, Government housing, Defense projects, residential apartments and commercial projects).• Assisted in preparing estimating reports for clients.• Obtained quotes from suppliers and assist with procurement.• Prepared variation memos and assist in the review and assessment of variations.• Maintained progress claims records in the system for different projects.

As a member of the BBESA committee, I collaborated with a dedicated team to organize and host various events. These events included networking skills workshops, NLP workshops led by Professor Alan Patching, and an Industry Engagement Forum. I also liaised with industry leaders and professors to ensure the success of these events.
