He also developed bi-weekly operations meetings to share best practices and more collaborative relationships across LDC’s, which led to more support vs. silos. He implemented a one-on-one meeting with operations managers, reviewing monthly P&L reports to drive cost savings in supplies and labor cost, which resulted in downward trends in these critical metrics.
