I am a graduate of Gujarat National Law University with more than 15 years of experience in Fund Investments, Private Equity and Venture Capital funding along with Mergers and Acquisitions. I advise clients in e-commerce space, TMT, financial technology and services, in relation to fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, structuring, collaborations and exits. Apart from representing funds, investors and acquirers, I have also advised on several Promoter/sell side deals.I have experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of funding documentation, inter-se shareholder arrangements, exit documentation and acquisition documents.I worked with Wadia Ghandy for a period of 2.5 years post graduation, having joined the firm through a campus placement. My interest in the new economy companies brought me to Bangalore and to IndusLaw and I have now been with IndusLaw for 12 years.
