- Coordinating BNY Mellon’s internal signature events with onsite attendees of up to 2,000-Arranging event floorplans, procurement of TPA certificate, fire & safety guards, and facilities setup-Planning & Executing annual Childrens Holiday Party, involvement in Event Planning, event budgeting, Vendor/Entertainment sourcing, Volunteer Staffing, internal event marketing and communications, development of F&B menus, and AV rentals/setups-Coordinated all onsite events logistics including site run-throughs, pre/post meetings, and creating event resumes/run of shows for event support staff
