Company President, Thomas Wang set foot into the construction industry 18 years ago when he formed W&L Group. He started out as a subcontractor prior to taking on his own projects as a General Contractor. He worked on various types of retail, residential and commercial buildings before he ventured into the real estate development industry. His real estate portfolio includes mixed-used buildings located in Flushing, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Having spent much of his career constructing and developing properties throughout New York City, Thomas also immersed himself in the hospitality industry. Some of his hospitality works include Wingate by Wyndham New York Midtown South/5th Ave, La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Times Square South, Hotel Indigo Flushing, and Hampton Inn & Suites Jamaica Air Train JFK.
