I am a Senior User Experience Designer at OXD. I employ more than a decade of practitioner experience understanding the goals and needs of those I am designing for and improving the usability, utility, and enjoyment of interactions between end-users and services informed by research and data. From being out in the field conducting contextual inquiries and intercepts to being at my desk considering the detailed interactions to testing prototypes out with users, I have been involved heavily in all aspects of the human-centred design process.I have worked with clients including TransLink, the University of British Columbia, the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, the BC Provincial Government, and more. Prior to joining OXD, I worked on designs for TELUS web properties, internal applications and led UX activities on the Emerging Technology and Innovation team. I collaborate with business partners to produce and clarify requirements, iteratively generate designs through sketches, wireframes and visual mockups and validating designs through usability testing.
