•Completes assigned granular mapping activities, creates and maintains assigned monitoring and testing scripts, and completes assigned monitoring and testing activities by the established due dates. • Primary focus of understanding high volume recruitment at the non-exempt/exempt level in the metro NY market.• Create a supportive performance driven culture that attacks and develops diverse pipeline talent• Serve as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition practices to internal stakeholders by keeping abreast to market trends• Actively manage a portfolio of business banking requisitions by applying skilled sourcing strategies to build an inclusive pipeline of talent • Develop and execute diversity sourcing strategies in conjunction with business leaders, cooperate diversity and sourcing, and other HR lines of businesses • Building targeted pipeline using a variety of sourcing channels including but not limited to passive candidates, employee referrals, social media, and direct sourcing • Partner with, and provide strategic direction and communication to market managers providing a high-level of consultation and customer service to the business while implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing, assessing to deliver quality• Promote the TD brand in the market/s I support by actively pursuing and aligning to industry groups, networks and professional affiliations•Drive recruitment success by leveraging recruitment metrics, systems, and tools • Key focus on creating legendary candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
