Program Manager, Army Wounded Warrior (AW2) Advocate Program: Provided centralized supervision of 111 contractor personnel assigned to the AW2 Advocate Program. Responsible for providing Program and Advocate Support for the U.S. Army Wounded Warrior (AW2) program, part of the Warrior Transition Command (WTC). Manages AW2 Advocates in four regions (North, Central, South, and West) providing a system of advocacy and follow-up to severely wounded, injured and ill Soldiers and their Families with personal support during their treatment, rehabilitation, and transition back to military service or into the civilian community. AW2 Advocates are primarily responsible for providing care management assistance to Soldiers and their Families throughout the continuum of care from recovery through rehabilitation to reintegration to active duty or to civilian life as a veteran. Provide program support resources, including administrative staff, trainers, regional coordinators, and program managers to assist AW2 Advocates and promote the AW2 mission, at the WTC Headquarters facility in Alexandria, Virginia. In conjunction with the Government, overseas the AW2 Advocate training program consisting of new hire orientations and annual training. Responsible for integrating quality control plans into daily activities of Contract Regional Coordinators, Advocates, and Trainers. Conducts quality assurance reviews/inspections, prepares findings, and makes recommendations. Reviews cases and caseloads of advocates. Completes reports. Approves timesheets and monitors the day-to-day activities of all personnel.

Deputy Director, Program Integration - Directly reponsible for assiting the Assistant Director fo Support Services and the Director Pentagon Force Protection (PFPA) in the management and oversight of Human Capital Program Management; Financial Management; Acquisitions and Requirments; Logistic and Facilities; Medical and Fitness, and Law Enforcement matters

As Deputy Director, directed day to day joint personnel management of over 2000 assigned military personnel and the planning and operations associated with the balance and capabilites of forces structure of the military services/staff within OSD. Negotiated and conducted laision between OSD amd military services to ensurre timely assignment of highly qualified personnel. Researched and provided input to formulate poliies for the OSD, Defence Agencies and WHS. Performed high level direct coordination with SecDef Staff, Congressional Staffs and Military Departments staff solving many issues before they became leadership distractions.

Commanded a 500 person base support battalion providing base support operations , force protection, power projection capability and the highest possible standard of quality of life to 33 tenant units and activites, 3,100 soldiers, 3600 family members and 350 civilan employees assigned to the U. S. Military Community activity in Bamberg, Germany. Competed and twice won Army Community of Excellence Awards (ACOE) at U.S. Army Europe and Department of Army (DA). Twice earned the distinction of best installation in Germany and one of top 16 installations in all of DA.
