With an MBA, Law Degree, Masters of Law and over 25 years in corporate finance and M&A, my experience includes running companies, dealing with both US and Canadian securities regulators, bankers, auditors and investors as well as executive level operations. My entire career has been focussed on cutting edge industries. As a director and VP of a NASDAQ publicly traded Internet company, I have lead international acquisitions and dealt with both US and Canadian securities regulators. I recently provided financial consulting services to a large BC-based international cannabis producer. I also negotiated and helped paper the private sale of one of the country’s largest mail-order cannabis firms. I am currently sit on the board and am managing the registration of a mutual fund investment trust with the BCSC that will trade cryptocurrencies.I perform at a high level, with a strong ethical compass, by maintaining both a healthy mind and body.
