Winston is a corporate and commercial lawyer and has been involved in litigation cases, including civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, as well as administrative matters. In addition, Winston has been extensively involved in structuring business transactions and corporate finance, with both public and private companies. Winston is an integral part of the firm’s China practice group.Winston graduated with both a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of British Columbia, where he also received the Millennium Scholarship, membership with the Golden Key International Honour Society upon ranking top 15% of his faculty, as well as notable distinction in several Directed Research papers. Before joining the Remedios team, Winston’s prior work experience included gaining experience in real estate and commercial transactions at another firm in Greater Vancouver Area, and in structured finance at an international law firm in Beijing, China.
