A producer of start-ups and innovative projects, I specialise in bringing together experts to tackle complex challenges. Often this involves research on emerging trends, shaping and communicating a vision for positive change, and then the fun part: growing teams to build creative solutions. My work tends to focus on areas of potential for large-scale positive change, in an international context.I have worked, consulted and spoken widely on the future of work and careers, to audiences ranging from 42 to 42 million (BBC World Service).Through The Career Innovation Company, my focus is on inspiring people prepare for the future, and to gain satisfaction from achieving more at work. The online programme 'Be Bold in Your Career', led by Rosemary McLean, is reaching 000s with a positive 'coaching' experience.In 2014 I led the start-up of Primary Care International.
