Stepped off the Board of Directors in 2021 and hired as VP of Marketing and Development to increase brand awareness and diversity funding for $12 Million dollar family run organization specializing in family/children behavioral and mental health services. Increased revenue through grants, events, and donations in the first year and a half by over $600,000.00 as well as increased brand awareness by 78%.

Due to extensive work with the homeless population was promoted to Director of Homeless Services. Developed and implemented a new Employment Bridge Program in coordination with Maricopa County and other non-profits transitioning homeless un-employed individuals and families into becoming self-sufficient with a 72% success rate. Coordinated and staffed new homeless program areas for sustainable models of service delivery.

Returned to this privately funded organization in April 2015, helping over 3,400 underserved individuals each year return to the workforce and become productive members of society — with a 98% success rate. Directed staff of 17 employees while overseeing several departments; creating and directing vision, fiscal management, operations, donor and relationship management, to increasing yearly budget by over 50% directly working with Executive Director and Board. Promoted to Director of Community Engagement and Programs to oversee all expansion of services to community partners and funders in order to diversify and provide organizational growth and opportunities. • Develop and implement strategic plan/theory of change components relevant to programmatic delivery while evaluating program and data collection to determine the most effective and efficient use of resources with both internal as well as external stakeholders.• Implemented and designed new CMR for data driven results.• Evaluated organizations funding model and implemented diverse and sustainable growth to match client and organizational needs. This included a social enterprise, increased contracts, employment housing program and long-term growth supporting and diversifying funding and programmatic needs. • Transitioned community partner relationships to support a collective impact model while opening two new office locations serving an additional 5,000 clients per FY.

Introduced, developed, and directed shelter, case management, workforce initiatives, and transitional housing programs for homeless and low-income clients in Tempe. Increasing budget by 75% through diverse funding opportunities (grants, contracts, events, individual and corporate giving), while creating a replicable model expanding programs to Mesa and Chandler communities. • Development of new programmatic models, establishing policies, procedures, systems and processes for long term growth and sustainability while increasing margins, improving efficiencies/eliminating waste, and reducing costs with LEAN methodology. • Developed branding, marketing, and PR materials, building a positive public image and increasing awareness for both internal and external stakeholders.• Established and maintained strong, supportive community and governmental partnerships and served as consulting member for several nonprofit and governmental entities.• Established logic model, completed SWOT analysis of departments and programs, and directly saved the community over $25 million in direct service costs over a 5-year period.

Assisted underserved homeless and low-income individuals in obtaining and sustaining employment focusing on a mission of counseling and care. Introduced enhanced marketing campaign and established and maintained both employer and community partnerships to grow organizational capacity.• Developed and implemented physical, mental, academic, vocational, career assessment evaluations to obtain information for assessing client’s needs; increasing overall client success rate by more than 100%.• Initiated system of data gathering and reporting for data driven results and organizational change. • Developed and administered courses in all Maricopa County jails to prepare inmates for release back into society toward reducing recidivism rate amongst participants by 75%.

Served as lead intake coordinator for level 1 crisis/detoxification facility, processing, screening, and directing clients to their appropriate level of care. As a direct result of leadership abilities, I was promoted within two months to crisis specialist and detoxification technician. .• Due to previous business and leadership experience I was encouraged to work directly with AHCCCS and other health care and behavioral health providers directly increasing sites overall budget by 120% within a 1-year period. • As Crisis Specialist, performed vitals, documented patients’ charts, and assisting nurses with floor activities as needed.• As Detoxification Technician, assisted patients with daily activities including treatment plans, drug charts, behavioral modifications, and relapse prevention, and coordinating continuum of care.

Transitioned to non-profit sector to utilize for-profit skill set to assist and serve an underserved population. • Directed daily operations of a residential treatment facility housing over 40 clients, generating data for quality improvement measures for facility director, CEO, and board.• Provided programmatic evaluation and recommendations to reduce patient relapse rate and improve quality of service.• Developed contract relationships to increase revenue streams, diversify funding opportunities, and increase brand awareness.
