1. Plans, prepares and maintains materials for use in educational programs for accuracy and relevance to the target audience2. Develops evidence-based educational materials3. Adjusts content and teaching strategies appropriate learner needs4. Teaches nursing subjects and supervises student’s performance considering their knowledge, skills and attitude in the practice of nursing in the clinical setting.5. Supervise students in the practice of knowledge and skills in accordance to the standards of nursing practice.6. Assesses and evaluates their performances in the actual patient care based on proper skills and safety of clients.
