Work involves the supervision of utilities distribution and other mechanical aspects of the total plant. Responsibilities include, supervising and coordinating work activities of a large group of maintenance, trades, or grounds personnel in a large institution. Work requires employees to possess building trades knowledge and supervisory capabilities applicable to work assignments.
