-Lead a team of 15 Cadets to create media for the Syracuse Army ROTC Instagram page (@armyrotc_syracuse) from a recruiting standpoint.- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to determine the desired tones, messages, and level professionalism of to be conveyed via the Instagram page.

Working to develop, learn and refine military skills and leadership abilities alongside fellow cadets in order to become a Second Lieutenant in the US Army.

In this role I was in chrage of leading the 16 fellow cadets in my class at a squad and team level for the semester. My duties included:- Keeping accountablity of cadets, ensuring they arrived to classes, labs and activites on time and are sufficiently prepared.- Dissemination of information delivered to me by the class Platoon Sergeant, and respective Cadre.- Aiding in the crossover of new cadets to the class, ensuring their success amongst the more experienced cadets.- Planning and participating in activities that foster the ability to work as a team and lead a team to achieve goals set by the military and organization while consistently translating team strategy into effective tactics and operational success.

I worked as First Assistant Camera for Matchbox Film's project: "Ace."In this role I worked to:- Source camera equipment and relevant grip accesories and computer hardware. - Assist in the operation of the cameras.- Brainstorm shots, and assist in the creative vision of the film.

In this role I work to manage a team of two to five junior instructors in order to effectively foster the development of a safe learning environment in which our students may develop their sailing skills. This entails working alongside my juniors to:- Keep track of equipment and ensure materials are used correctly and remain functional whilst still allowing students hands on intuitive learning experiences.- Develop student advancement plans at the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly levels in order to most effectively develop skills.- Foster teaching and leadership skills within students via a student on student teaching and learning environment, through which students may learn by teaching those around them who are less knowledgeable.- Create relationships with family members and those within the community in order to ensure effective connections between the students and teachers, and draw in new customers.Alongside these responsibilities I also am in charge of keeping track of my junior instructors. Doing so entails:- Helping them with tax forms, legal paperwork, school forms, etc.- Scheduling their lessons, correctly inputting their hours worked, keeping accountability of their whereabouts and activities.- Filling out employee evaluations, judging, guiding, and refining their leadership and teaching styles.

- Taught beginner, intermediate, and advanced sailing classes to children ages 8 to 16- Formulated lesson plans each day by writing out two experiential sailing activities and participant boat pairings- Communicated with parents and guardians regarding progress, behavior, and safety of individual development for 8 to 20 campers each week.

Me and two other fellow instructors from Croton Sailing School (see above) purchased our own boat and have since then been giving private lessons via online charter at a rate of $35 per hour.- In total since the beginning of operations we have generated over $2,000 in revenues. - We equally split most responsibilities which include: general mechanical upkeep, finacial logging, and more. - As a part of this process I, alongside my fellow instructors were required to obtain a OUPV MMC and attend CPR certification and captains chartering courses. - In order to conduct business, I alongside my fellow instructors muct consistently work to maintain good relationships with local yacht clubs, and other related businesses, and to advertise our business in order to draw in customers. We advertise online and in person.

In this role I:- Worked closely with Staff Writers to generate coplementary media for their articles and pitches.- Worked in a studio environment alongside other photographers.

I aided in the capture, census, and research of a certain population of potentially endangered eel species in order to discover its mating habits and keep track of its population size.This entailed:- Coordinating with other research assistants to determine censure times based on various factors.- Maintaining equipment.- Training newer members.

I aided in the planning and instruction of a yearly 7 day, 150 hour leadership course. Worked primarily within a focus group of 7-9 participants, however also commonly worked alongside my fellow 20 instructors to teach to all ~80 course participants. Also in my years as a senior staff member, I was in charge of recruting and training new staff, and managing their expectations and readiness, as well as leading instruction at our monthly course preparation conferences.

Aided my SPL (President) in the organization of a 50 person troop, organized leadership structure, lead leadership meetings, ran elections for my replacement, planned events including a scout trip to boston, a trek in New Mexico and more (please ask me about this, I have so many war stories.)
