Mr. Keyser is the operational point of contact for the FM services group within CBRE Technical Services, LLC. He supports the integration of business development, engineering and operations as it relates to the relationship in the Facilities Management group. He is also instrumental providing support to the Business Development units of both CB Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services and CBRE Technical Services Facilities Management divisions with RFP responses. In addition, he has evaluated, implemented and managed multiple technical-based capitol improvement projects for CB Richard Ellis’ clients.He joined the CBRE family of companies in 2000 and was instrumental in the transition of former CB Richard Ellis Operations and Maintenance professionals to CBRE-Technical Services in the southeast United States (a joint-venture between CB Richard Ellis and EMCOR). William has been involved in the management and implementation of many highly successful accounts for clients such as: AVAYA, Bell South, CIGNA, Cingular, Delta Airlines, Dow Chemical, Georgia Bureau of Investigations, Goldman Sachs, Liberty Mutual, McGraw-Hill, AC Nielsen, Progress Energy, RBC-Centura, Regions Bank, Wachovia Bank and Yahoo! He is highly competent at managing large, specialized relationships, which is why his appointment to Portfolio Director for the CBRE Technical Services Facilities Management division was a natural one. He is currently responsible for 300+ FTE’s, located in 35 states.Mr. Keyser is a recognized CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional), also an authorized OSHA General Industry Outreach trainer, a registered National Safety Council DDC-4 trainer, a certified Six-Sigma White Belt, as well as being involved with several industry organizations. He is a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

In addition, he has developed, evaluated, implemented and managed multiple technical-based capitol improvement projects for CB Richard Ellis Asset Services division clients.Applying almost 20 years experience in the facilities services industry, William brings strong client relationship practices and exceptional business and account management acumen to ensure all Alliance initiatives run smoothly.He joined the CBRE family of companies in 2000 and was instrumental in the transition of former CB Richard Ellis Operations and Maintenance professionals to BTENA/CBRE-Technical Services in the southeast United States (a joint-venture between CB Richard Ellis and EMCOR). Throughout his tenure at CBRE/EFS, he has been an active manager in the successful implementation of the ISO 9001 and Knowledge Exchange programs, a co-founder of C5E-PAR (Emergency / Disaster Response Team), a leader in the utilization of the web-based Learning Management System (LMS), as well as performing OSHA training for associates throughout the United States and Defensive Driver training of the mobile workforce.
