If you want it badly enough, you must go get it.From 6 years in retail management to 12 years in operations, I take pride in having hired, trained and developed teams focused on results and a desire to make things better. I love leading teams, and I’m a hands-on manager who knows how to get the best from my team members. I’ve overseen multiple groups, including Distribution, Facilities and Procurement and believe that even the smallest of changes can have a big impact and I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and jump in to make it happen. I’ve led organizational initiatives involving C-suite executives and worked with cross-functional teams on projects of varying sizes and scope.
