Worked full-time for a few months to help Vault Health build out their operations, sales, and account management process on their COVID-19 operations.

I was the Head of Talent building the team to create the world's first smart contact lens display. Built an awesome team and led all of talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and company operations. We grew the company from 10 employees to 70+ full-time employees and 40 consultants. Helped the company raise $150M+. I led a small talent team and we helped hire for all teams including regulatory, hardware, mechanical, NPI, product, design, sensors, algorithms, optical, software, photonics, circuit design, finance, human resources, manufacturing, diamond lathes, and much more.

I worked with startups including Jut, Platina Systems, and Mojo Vision. I was also shortly on the board of a company that raised their Series A. Learned a lot about early-stage companies.
