Key accomplishments include: Elected to eleven consecutive terms by ensuring top-level service delivery and cultivating strong community relationships across local citizenry, businesses, and government. Lead teams for challenging assignments involving homicide investigations, search and rescue missions, and wild fire control. Successfully managed government and private sector response to floods, avalanches, power outages and other crisis. Served on Board of Directors County Sheriff’s of Colorado. Functioned as Special United States Deputy Marshal for Investigation of Public Corruption. Led tactical recovery of $60 million in US currency from flooded vaults in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. Vaults were unprotected and vulnerable to looters and escaped prisoners.

Starting with a handful of clients the company grew in a matter of a few years to 1200 monitored security and home management accounts generating over fifty thousand dollars in monthly recurring revenue plus sales, installation, design and consulting fees. Managed invoicing, accounting systems, twenty-five employees, sales and customer relations. After 12 years in business, I placed the company for sale, managed brokers, negotiations with prospective purchasers, the final contracts of the successful sale, served as transition adviser to purchasing company for 1 year and oversaw the distribution of profits and loan re-payments to the investors.
