As a crisis chat supervisor, I support crisis chat volunteers by providing guidance, suggestions, and feedback to ensure quality service to those who reach out to the crisis chat resource. My position also consists of looking over and checking off reports, helping maintain a strong team community, and supporting my team members by taking crisis chats as well.
